Not much of an answer, I know, but it will be technical indicators (I am a chart follower, to a degree) . For instance, CCR just broke down through its 200 day MA. To me, this means it's going lower, so stay away. SLCA just set a new low but, it's only 4 months old. It will be waiting for the general market to shows signs of stability. And, some indication that NG prices can improve. That will be AFTER we see how storage surpluses fares as summer progresses. Also, watching for credit line redeterminations keeping pressure on the E&P sector.
