I asked what is the difference between the State Schools and the private schools. He replied, that State School have financial support from the State, plus the State Schools have a basic tuition charge plus course add ons per hour. The private schools compile the total tuition cost. This cleared what appears to be the discrepancy between the private schools and public schools

DUH?

One would think (incorrectly, it appears) that a SCHOOL PRINCIPAL would know this, unless the PHONY school principal was not a real school principal, but just a union THUG and blowhardt, with a very active imagination, doncha agree?
