but it's hard to recall when the original story broke. Friday or some day during the past week. Any "updata" is not noticeable.

If I had to pay to read an article that I already read when it was first reported, I'd resent that pricing policy. It would also mean that users would be charged for clicking or searching or any accidental click like when you swipe and hit something left or right or above and then have to Back to get where you were, unless the refreshed page was cached.

Some websites have places where if you click, you don't go where you think but 2 windows open and you go to the ad one. If you close that window, you get to the place you thought you were going. Or you can hit that tab to the left right away. Would users get charged for data downloaded to a tab that is never opened?

I realize pricing would be in buckets, so incremental charges would not be as obvious as incremental data flow, but it would change the Internet tremendously.
