It is the patents, the building, the business-------none should go to any entity outside of America.

Why? Do you apply that same logic to American investments in foreign countries?

It is just a building. If any company, foreign or domestic, wants to buy it and use it productively, we should encourage it. A foreign owned factory will employ Americans and pay taxes, and empty building does neither.
