AZ got an email from HI that was tersely worded. and he said, Yuppers that's good enough for me. What a load of crappola. You can go to the HI Health website and see what it takes to request a copy. You fill out a form online and they mail you paper copies that they print out from the microfilm. Where is the paper copy? Dollars to doughnuts it doesn't exist. They don't send .pdfs. And where did the .pdf come from? Who made it? It wasn't made in HI. All that was needed is a simple scan that can be read with reader, not photoshop, not illustrator and not even Adobe pro. Where are the paper copies and LETTER that HI sent? They don't exist either.
