When Westell owned Amati no one cared. But now with TI owning the patents, NEC, Motorola, and Siemens are faced with a whole new threat.
For TI, not licensing may serve their interests more than licensing. We're talking beyond "fair and equitable" as outlined by ANSI and ETSI standards.

Wouldn't you love to have been a fly on the wall in a few boardrooms over the past few days????
