i think it is a good deal with the customer. i have no opinion on the stock as an investment. i have read re accounting issues, costs of salesmen to sign up merchants, merchants not being happy, groupons cut being reduced from 50% to now 20%, competition from living social and many others and possibility that google and others will take share.
