Jim, I think this may be the section that you are referring to:

From their November 24, 1997 press release.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Firamada's finance subsidiary created in September showed a net profit of 73,645.25, in its first month of operation.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I don't think the income from their finance subsidiary would come from the sale of stock because that would be capital and I don't believe capital is classified as net profit. I could be wrong on this. Maybe they are using some sophisticated accounting techniques.

I think that this may have to do with a payroll financing subsidiary
that was mentioned in an earlier press release. I was not aware this was up and running yet. And $73,000 profit for the first month is pretty surprising. So I think it would be best to call the company and have that clarified.
