Assuming they suceed and get *everything* they ask for, how long do you think the relief they obtain is going to be effective?

Does it not occur to you that Microsoft will simply speed up Win 98 and conversion over to NT (which is not covered by the Decree)?

My point is simply that, if Justice wants to stop Microsoft's IE strategy, they need to come up with a better vehicle than this Consent Decree.
