What "people of record working for them" are you talking about?? The shareprice of sgv, kwg and other affiliates speak volumes of management's total incompetence. The only thing they are good at is making excuses. I am still waiting for them to blame el nino and Hale Bobb comet. When are we going to see these 245,000 US suckers (oops, I meant investors)?? ;^)~
