This is idiotic, liberal clap-trap.

NOBODY will work harder if you give them anything. We have known this for decades. Yet, we continue giving them crap.

But nobody is giving the "rich" anything. In the liberal mind, not taking 70% of a rich person's hard-earned money is "giving them something".

It is convoluted reasoning by any measure, and it never even occurs to you people the thought process is mangled.
