Which makes it 45 to 36 against. The unsure aren't reasonably lumped in with those who are for it.

And 49 percent want the law repealed, compared to 42 percent who oppose (for some reason both percentages being higher than the support or oppose numbers, with the unsure number lower)

And a majority (52%) think that the law will raise their health care costs, compared to only 15% that think it will lower them.

Of course pluralities and majorities can be wrong. The above isn't an argument for what those groups think, but it does show the law is unpopular.
