I have not heard anything, and I do not want to start any rumors, but I have given some thought to who, if anyone, would make sense as a buyer of Sun. The name that comes to my mind most strongly is Lucent. If the Japanese market were in better shape, Fujitsu might also make sense. I don't expect (or want) a takeover, though. Certainly nothing more than Just My Humble Opinion.
