The clinical trials seem to indicate Bexxar is significantly more effective than Rituximab when used alone. However, Rituximab when combined with chemotherapy looks promising. Its anybody's guess which will be best for an individual patient or patients. A couple of summary articles pslgroup.com ama-assn.org Not the best articles, but what I happen to have around.
