I may loose some money on paper in ASND on a short term basis, but I will even never knock a lawyer, particularly a good helpful one. I agree that we all need relief. As explained below, I have been in these situations before. And I am learning to not react to every little spin. Makes it easy to sleep during nov. and dec.. But is equally important is to keep on digging. If we can't handle the truth, we should be investing in T-bills. Last three years I have been refining a neat strategy based on tax-loss. It typically involves a leader in the field (preferaby tech or bio or med), which has fallen from the grace sometime in the midyear. Everybody's selling including insiders. Product transition, consolidation or some other factors have created a fire sell. Price weakness on a lower volume towards the end of the year. But the company has to be THE LEADER in the field.
