It doesn't hurt for sure, but I think earnings are what drives the
stock price. They repurchase 500,000 shares out of about 17,000,000 issued if my memory is good. That's only 2%. Mind you they were repurchased on the open market so the float is probably a lot smaller than that .

I think that it is the lack of performance of the company that took the stock price to that level, more so than the end of the share repurchase. If they manage to continue to close in the next quarter, it could start being really interesting... NVDM is one of the most volatile stock I know of. It is always a gamble as better financed bigger companies are competing fiercely for this business ( software distribution and network management ). Obviously the quality of the customers they sign on will be as important as the numbers they report again next time out. We are not quite out of the woods yet but last quarter saw some important customers buy in into their tech (Boston Bank ) and that alleviate some of the concerns over the company's stability people had.

I am on the sidelines with all market action right now , waiting to see what happens during Dec.
