Thanks for the tip Mate! Good coverage on CNN tonight regarding food processing and handling concerns. No mention of ozone however :( One segment did cover poultry processing and the use of chlorine water spray as a means to disinfect bird carcasses. The only coverage of the chiller was to discuss its function as a means to lower the carcass temperature. There is a need. This company has a solution. GO OZONE!!! Captain
