I've been getting feedback from my market friends that Big Ben B. gave a talk 3 weeks ago in which he was pretty adament that the FED had done a sufficient amount of monetary accomodation, and that any further efforts on their part would have significantly diminishing returns.

Now, of course the CRB gapping lower on multiple days over the past few weeks and has been falling like a rock, and China, India and Brazil have really been slowing down, but the stock market rally today and Euro kicked up to 1.24 mostly means the FED will not take significant steps and those who are banking on it , will be disappointed.
