Did somebody just write that & if so they really need to do a great reality check or turn themselves in to the nearest psyche ward . This is so far removed from the actual truth of international aid, health & help organizations its unbelievable that someone would actually post this and not see how rediculously off base it is .

Truely beyond nutz ... looney~bin material for sure , far out there in the great " beyond ".
