So tell me .. just where does the first amendment end, and the rule of law begin?
Seriously .... what does one do with such conduct, when the constitution appears it may allow it?
You present some interesting situations. Just were does the US, State and governmental laws and case law infringe on religion vs the rights of the general public. Are some laws to be disregarded such as discrimination against women, creed, national origin or life style, or abortion, due not resuscitate laws, (DNR) or countless other actions which could be interpreted as infringement on religion. | |
