All, heard a rumor that Nextel is considering a purchase of Midcom and
three subsidiaries, PacNet which provides Frame Relay services to the
US, and internationally, and two other subs involved in cellular and
fax broadcast. Nextel is rumored to have placed a bid for all units.

Midom is a facilities based carrier that recently filed Chapter 11.
