When a missile gets fired or a bomb dropped — something that’s happened hundreds of times in America’s fast-expanding robotic air war — someone or something is going to get blamed for any resulting deaths. The question is whether a human being absorbs all of that culpability, which can mean an enormous emotional burden.

Oh Yes!

Someone should be culpable for the deaths. It is the man who makes the decision who to shoot.
The shooters are all just following orders of the decision maker. Orders that they are legally bound to obey.

Put that guilt trip squarely on Obama's back. He decides. He asked for it. let him have it.
Later he can add PTSD to his repertoire of illnesses.
