One way to view the market is to look at the highs and lows. The overall market is bearish when there are lots of new lows, like last week. The market is bullish when there are few new lows and many new highs. This week the new lows have dropped substantially, but new highs have not picked up dramatically. We may be at a market turning point, with a change from bearish to neutral seemingly underway.
