"No one comes to the Father except thru me" ... a Messiah claim. It was made by hundreds of Jewish people (and later by many Christians) and is rather as arrogant, sociopathic, and ridiculous as it sounds!
This is the most contrived verse in the entire cobbled affair , the first part of being imbued with truth/light or having what is known as "peak experience" is one that all human beings can identitfy with for we've all had these moments of intense clarity . But it finishes with exclusivity clause which seals the deal for me because this absolutely screams intentional fakery , arrogance & was obviously later inserted into the narrative by unkown authors to offer controlling force .
But its catchy , the power of such exclusive sloganism with its representation of the only "One Gateway" lay in making indoctrination & brainwashing easier with only one way to find access to heaven or the Gods . The Aztecs & Incans showed the exact same approach when they designed their temple portals being the mouth of the great God , the people below would be observing the priests entering then reemerging giving the most profound effect that they had just seen & spoke with God . This is the exact same thing just written into the narrative as with "Mohammed the Last Prophet" nonsense , but not nonsense if you have been taught since birth to believe in nothing else . All nonsense of course & brainwashing but pity the poor fool who chooses to disagree for he will suffer the same fate as the martyr , young children of course are imprinted on these fairytales since birth & know nothing else .
Messiahs & Last Prophets , the world has seen enough of them , but time to put away this childishness & see all human experience as a continuum where there's a deep well from which all may drink without nationalizing or tribalizing the whole affair . |
