LOL. Nope. You drew the wrong conclusion. The Great Depression was caused by complete lack of regulation of the financial industry. Sound familiar? Whenever we let the banks run the country it results in massive damage to the real economy and to real people. One of these days we'll all realize that banking should be boring. When it gets exciting, it ceases to perform a useful function for our economy and becomes nothing more than another Las Vegas. We should have never let it go so far.
