LOL! That's amusing, but as a long-term, permanent solution, it wouldn't work. The best course of action is for a police officer to kill all thugs who are observed running down a street punching innocent people in the faces, stabbing them, shooting them, raping them, and inflicting all manner of hell and violence on innocent people who were minding their own business. Simply kill the thugs on sight. Then, the ones who aren't killed should be taken into custody and tried en route to the nearest gas chamber before they are executed. -ng-
