It's my understanding that some funds lock in by the end of Oct. so I
would think that the rest (at least most of them) will have to lock in any profits by the end of Nov. Let's hope for a reliel rally, maybe even starting tomorrow. I'm optimistic as PDS, my 1 drilling & oil service stock, was 1 of the 3 upgraded today. James
