I hope so, but as always I'm a bit skeptical. I think this is a rally in hopes of QE. But if the Fed doesn't deliver at their next meeting June 20th, then we could see another major leg down. Think of the coming fiscal cliff. I doubt very seriously they will address that until after the election. The R's don't want to do anything to help Obama, so there won't be any action until Nov. Without QE, the market will be very ugly through Nov. That's my take. So this was just a temporary relief rally, pending QE or not QE. We'll see after that.
