Schwab charges a $50 "foreign transaction fee".

Each broker sets their own policies for things like this. I hold this in my 401K which is uses Pershing as its broker, and just bought it in E*trade where I have not seen any fees yet. There was no added transaction fee (yet) from E*trade and Pershing charges $2/month for custody.

In general, E*trade is a great broker for low priced stocks. Schwab is not.
