I appreciated your post, David. Even as one of the more bullish folks out here, with an awfully long view of this company, I tend to get a bit down when the stock is performing like this, and today was definitely one of those days.

You don't make any money until you sell, and you also don't lose any money until you sell, but it's hard not to feel a bit depressed about paper losses, whether they're realized or not.

The 10 to 12 cent range you mentioned is not the same range I heard from Delmar, but that could be accounted for by the fact you spoke to Dick rather than Delmar, or that Delmar's raised his sites because of changes only they are privvy to, or any of a number of reasons.

I got the feeling that Delmar *intends* to sell shares, but wouldn't even consider it at these prices.

Personally, I would be filing a 144 on a regular basis if I were him. I've seen it many times with other companies. The form is often filed not because of an *intent* to sell, but just to make it an option. Insiders can't sell shares unless they file a 144 in advance. Doesn't mean he *will* sell; only that he *can*.

I would rather they not issue any more press releases now until they are set up with BusinessWire. We can't count on Reuters to publish. And the value of the news doesn't get accurately reflected in the stock price until the rest of the world sees it. When it's not on BusinessWire, most of the market doesn't attach any credibility to it.

Of course, I'd be ecstatic to hear that they've gotten set up with BusinessWire *today*!

Another way of putting it is that when the news was only what they *would* do, I was content with it being kept under wraps. I knew what was coming, but the market at large didn't. Now that the news is about what they *are* doing and *have done*, it's vital to get it published. Without the news being published, it doesn't have the effect on stock price that the company (and long-term holders) deserve.

Lift me from this funk, guys. Get the next news out on BW so I can watch my paper value rise. :)

P.S. Now don't go calling them and hounding them about BW, anyone. They know full well where we stand and they're in agreement. It is their intention to use BW or a similar service. I'd estimate within the next 30 trading days.

P.P.S. Though the news didn't get out, it still made me happy. It proved to me that I'd backed the right horse, whether the rest of the market knew it or not. They'll soon know well enough....
