Elmanator - Re EBR - any explanation why EBR is down, so much while other Brazillian utility stocks like CPFL have held up? I suspect there must be a reason but I am not able to find it... EBR multiples like PE, P/B etc. are way lower than for other utilities. finance.yahoo.com
