Well do you prefer NATDF over NE or ESV? NE & ESV invest more heavily in growth than dividends vs NATDF. And I still think that economies of scale generally favor the bigger companies, and reduce the geographic risk and/or consequences of a single rig accident. JF is an excellent manager, but he takes lots of risks too ... look at FRO for example as a counter-point to SDRL.

NATDF looked cheap when I last looked, but the non-existent liquidity and the higher risk profile made it on-par with the bigger drillers.
