But of course the REAL issue is NG is still trading at uneconomical value, even Ichan can not change that (even though he probably thinks he can).

So they sell off their jewels. And hope the NG comes back and they make a score on the residual value. If NG doesn't come back I wonder what Carl has in the plan to screw his co-investing partners....a toxic convertible preferred?
