What Scott Walker did was not BS. Even Obama knew this. Notice his lukewarm support.

Manalagi, you are caught up in a lot of R hype. WI was never in the dire straits that other states were in.........for an example, unemployment never got above 8%. And while they were suffering budget deficits, they entered the recession with a surplus and their deficits were never that severe.

Despite that more moderate scenario, Walker attacked the institutions that extremist Rs perceive as the enemy.......public employees, unions, teachers, etc. His stated aim was to right WI's economy but his actions accomplished what his ideology dictates. The proof is in the pudding.........WI has created few jobs since the recovery began.

If you want to find an R from the old school, then I suggest you look to Snyder of MI. Now he is an R I could get behind.
