Zacks says 4% owned by insiders. 11 mill shares outstanding equating to 440 thousand shares owned by insiders and they just sold 25 % of that.! Isn't that a lot?! (institutions 47%) I saw two news releases on the impact to the 4 th qtr. First one stated "start up costs" would affect first 6 weeks but "certainly be profitable"; 2nd article said FULL qtr and said nothing about being in the black.......damn it. Instead of selling I will probably write the Jan 12.5 for 1.5 (no option volume) and wait. I thought more highly of this management before all this :-(
