Jack Arnold is really Arnie Palmer's step brother and managed Arnies business affairs so well that Arnie is now a multi-millionaire. So Jack has not only terrific business acumen, but is very knowlegable about golf resorts, hotels and casinos. The merger is with Donald Trump to expand his resorts to the West Coast.
