Thanks Neal. Any opinions? My 2 cents--but would like to know what you think--Finally, we can breath a sigh of relief here, although I"m not overly surprised. They have never had death spirals to my knowledge, and this one isn't either--at fixed price slightly below current levels, with warrants at .08. In total we have potentially 36 million shares dilution coming over time. Could hurt, or could be absorbed with good news--if they have a product that delivers the big hit it is no big deal.. Wish I knew the details on the 8% dividend quarterly payouts--under what conditions will that be paid? Still, they get $1 million to work with now, so should take away some of the uncertainty. Now, just start announcing some significant contracts and things could turn for the better here..
