Ted,

They needed the money so this was a necessary evil and was what I was thinking they were going to have to do but doesn't mean that I like it. Never like this much dilution(looks like a share increase of about 25% without the warrants). When they went through the split last year, I was hoping(and I guess that Viscount was as well)that revenue increases were closer than what actually happened and that growth could have been financed out of their cash flow so on that stand point I am disappointed. Going forward, I would hope that the new contracts will mean increases in revenue and a return to real profitability in the second half of the year and hopefully an increase in the share price. With the current pricing of the new shares, it would look like we are going to be stuck at this level for at least the next little bit unless Viscount can ramp up the number of new customers and contracts they announce. Hopefully, this is the last bit of bad news we will hear for the next couple of months but I think is probably the best they could have done. Like I said before, I don't really like it but it appears there really was no choice.

One other question is what do the 8 cent warrants really mean? Since they are priced above the present share price, is it a sign that VSYS thinks that the share price will be higher soon or is it a bit of a diversionary tactic? As always time will tell.

Good luck out there.

Neal
