the third sentence didn't make sense as I read it today. What I was thinking was just that since the conversion price is fixed at .04 and not variable that as long as the company does well we don't have to worry about the price dropping below .04 due to large sales of converted stock. If it were a death spiral even with the company doing well that is a concern because of the potential for shorting. If the company doesn't do well then of course the eventual share sales could push the price down.

Of course on a short term basis OTHER shareholders can always decide they want out due to this dilution and push the price down to whatever price the market decides on.
