I do not see a company with, say, $50M in assets being too interested in a BB shell.

I could however see smaller companies in the $2-$20M range, who are looking to acquisition themselves into larger corporations using the CVIA shell. If this is what is happening, maybe the negotiations are taking a while because they involve a main company and smaller ones that will be acquired after the initial merger.

This also would explain why there is not more specific info on the merger deal. They could be negotiating with a bunch of people who do not want to be put under a spotlight unless a deal is done.

If this is happening, several smaller companies could eventually create a large $50M, $60M over a period of time and acquisitions.

Maybe a crazy opinion, but does anyone else feel crazy too?

P.S. As the above is my opinion of a possible scenario, per Wayne J.'s contest, I think the merging company may be a small energy or technical company who has sights on being larger.

But then again, it may be a brothel franchise with some real "outstanding" shareholders! :)
