AVP missed by 3 cents earlier and doesn't look to retest before days end.

ATPG bonds are not much safer than equity because of how ATPG raises money. Each time they go back to the capital markets, typical debt and all equity gets further structurally subordinated. Debt doesn't get diluted though. At current oil prices, debt will likely get screwed by the redemption date. OTOH, I think the debt will be OK with expected oil prices by that time, depending on further structural subordination.
