All else being equal (which is rarely happens in exact terms, but if other changes happen the effects your measuring could be from those other changes), lower taxes help produce more jobs.

If lower taxes are job creators, why do southern states have to pay good money to 'steal' industry from other states? After all, they have some of the lowest taxes in the country. If lower taxes is the Republican template for growth, its a fairly flawed model.
