Paul, thanks for the article on Vitamins C and E. My nephew is a heart specialyst in Germany and they recommend 500 mg of Vitamin E up until now. Even women should take this after menopause if they don't take hormone pills ( it's supposed to be good for the bones too). I am trying to take 400 mg a day along with all the other recommended vitamins, if I could just remember to take them all the time. I guess it is 800 mg now when I do take them. gg. I guess we got on all this stuff when I heard Margaret marvel about her 0 % fat margarine. When I think that I denied myself butter for all those years and it looks like it was all in vain. Like I said, margarine is supposed to be worse. Actually we are using olive oil now whenever possible. We were out most of the day. I did see Dell up over 3 1/2 and then it was up only a little more than 1. Good buying you did at the end no matter what Dell does short term. CPQ is in the same league and those nutty people are still selling it. Intel was downgraded. This is now being done on a yo yo basis. It all will look good in a couple of years. I guess you heard M.Dell mention that they will go strictly to PII. Maybe contrary to those analysts believes, Intel might not be on its last leg. gg. I'll be back home soon and maybe will be able to concentrate more on my portfolio again. I am not even quite sure where I am standing. I don't think it looks too pretty with my techs. Sonny
