That's nonsense. Under my proposed system, a father who saves his little girl from a rapist, or anyone who acts in self-defense, would not be executed. In contrast, they would be praised as heroes and their virtues would be extolled.

See, the problem with your analysis, Gersh, is that you are frozen in fear by every conceiveable "what if" scenario. Consequently, you are completely paralyzed and unable to respond to social threats. You are so consumed with worry about accidentally executing a single innocent person, that you are willing to stand by and allow millions of violent criminals to have their way. You are not alone, which is why violent crime is so rampant.
