Mr Peter Miller resigned as president, CEO and a director. In addition, Mr
Miller also resigned from his other offices within the St Genevieve group
of companies (chairman of the board and a director of Genoil Inc, chairman
of the board and a director of Spider Resources and a director of Emerging
Africa Gold. St Genevieve also announces the resignation, effective
November 11 1997, of Mr Marcel Aubut as a director.
