They just don't understand........its going to take years to get back to those prices no matter who is president.

It isn't just about price but cash flow, monthly payments and building EQUITY besides just appreciation. These record low interest rates structuring debt in most of the country that is very low priced you can pay PITI fixed rate equivalent to rent and pay off a high LTV mortgage in 10 years or less....quite astounding. Enough are understanding and seeing the light
