i think ATPG is winning the race to the bottom. high leverage, extremely high cost of capital, falling oil prices, and a standard of never meeting a deadline are all qualities that will be hard to beat in this race.

i should point out NOK is trying, and might be worthy of an honorable mention. they need to get their leverage and cost of capital to be much higher though IMHO if they wish to compete with ATPG.
