Judy, on Nov. 10 MOT dismissed Shieldmate from the lawsuit, but they are still going after QCOM. In an unrelated case, on Nov. 4 QCOM won the patent infringement case filed against it by BTG USA. I haven't really followed QCOM too closely lately, although I did decide to hold on to my shares. I've been following this thread and Mohan's thread lately to try to get a more well-rounded picture of the market and the economy. I did liquidate some stocks just before and after Oct. 27, but mostly I'm stepping back to try to figure out what's going on. BTW, saw a mention today that Fido may be dumping oil-service stocks... Message 2812821
