Mary lost the lawsuit! Bat World Sanctuary Trial is over. The judge found Mary Cummins defamation against Bat World Sanctuary to be egregious, malicious and intentional. He awarded us 6.1 million in damages and granted our request for a permanent injunction ordering her to remove her defamation about us from the internet. We are celebrating with our attorney as I write. We may never see a penny, but a 6.1 million dollar verdict on paper exonerates us completely.
