I haven't one iota of a clue. I have found zilch from all my sources. It should be interesting a couple months from now to see what the instituitional shareholders have been doing this quarter. If you ask me, the market is seriously questioning the value of the pending merger. I, for one, would oppose the deal considering how much BSN holders are now getting. Good luck.
